Fairfield by Marriott Hyogo Awaji Higashiura

The view was very beautiful, it's at the beach front and the beach is clean and well maintained. The sunrise view is breathtaking and indeed it's one of the highlights that the staff at the reception tell us right away what time the sunrise is. There are also no convenience stores that are blocks away, you would need to walk a bit to get to restaurants and stores, but the hotel conveniently has a pantry area where you can microwave your food and get some free coffee. The mattress was also very comfy and the pillows have different consistencies, one is dense while the other is fluffy. Perfect for sleeping. The front desk staff are also very friendly and accommodating. I am sorry that I didn't get their names but even the one who handled our check in is very cute 🥰

We were here for dinner one night and the rooms were new and reasonably priced - our was looking straight out to the sea. Staff were friendly and held onto our bags the next morning while we looked around. Free tea and coffee downstairs and a communal table was nice for meeting people. Coin laundry facilities were great.

What a perfect location - at the end of the bus stop from Shin-Kobe. With its own little park and beach! The park had a fabulous repro of Michelangelo’s David and Tower Bridge. The park was a municipal park but the cordoned off beach was just behind the hotel. The beach was clean and the water very inviting! The staff was so helpful in getting a cab to go to Bridge World.

Very new facilities right on the beach and near sightseeing spots on Awaji island. Staff are very attentive and responsive, and the room was very spacious! Only 5 spots to park on the property but we got validated parking at the lot very nearby.

the hotel is new and the room was clean, receptionist was very helpful but we cannot find the hotel by entering the telephone no. to Navi, we finally found the hotel by using the phone no. of the near by museum only
